Susan Sanchez

Susan Sanchez is LCA Technical Lead at UL Solutions. She has got 15 years of Executive Sustainability Experience focused lifecycle assessment (LCA), Environmental Social Governance (ESG). 

In 2024 she joined UL Solutions from Amazon where she led ESG and Sustainability for Global Production Operations, with prior work in the private (The Walt Disney Company, Levis Strauss & Co) and public (City of Los Angeles Chief Resilience Officer and build LCA/ carbon model for the city fleet, developed LCA fuel pathways for California ARB, EPA and RED in EU. 

Susan has got LCA, PCF and EDP experience in building materials, oil, gas, fuels, chemicals, consumer products including apparel, hard and softline. 

Her education includes B.A. from University of California Santa Cruz in Biology and Environmental Science, Graduate studies in Taxonomy and Advanced Biodiversity from Imperial College, London, and certified in Safety and Health Management (CSHM) and GRI.
