Miguel Hernandez

Miguel Hernandez is an experienced project leader specializing in sustainability projects and consumer packaged goods R&D. As a Senior Sustainability Analyst at EarthShift Global, he has led multiple LCA studies, primarily focused on electronics and consumer goods, managing complex BOMs. Previously, he spent six years at Detergentes LTDA in Bogotá, where he played a key role in developing TOP Terra, Colombia’s first eco-friendly home care products brand. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Environmental Management from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, where he currently teaches LCA and industrial ecology in various programs at the university’s Business School.
